What to contact us about
Corrections. If a price, feature, or policy we describe has changed, or we have something factually wrong, please tell us. Include the article and, if you have it, a link to the source. Corrections are made promptly.
Disagreement. If you think a recommendation is influenced by a commission rather than earned, say so directly. That is the failure mode this site most needs to avoid, and we would rather hear it from a reader than discover it ourselves later.
Suggestions. A tool you want reviewed, or a question you cannot find answered anywhere. Reader questions are where most of our article ideas come from.
What we cannot help with
We are not affiliated with any vendor, so we cannot:
- Access, recover, or manage your account on any tool
- Issue refunds or adjust a subscription (contact the vendor's support directly)
- Provide technical support for software we review
If your issue is with a specific tool, its own support channel will be faster than we can ever be.
